Post Organic foods
so i'm considering replacing most of my normal foods with organic equivalents. i tried it once before (but quit due to a lack of a whole foods or other organic food market on hand) and i remember feeling better and more satisfied by meals.

has anyone here gone the distance with an organic food diet? what kind of results did you get?

I'd say start by spending that extra money on just buying higher quality food. Spring for grass-fed beef and lamb, and replace all your cooking oils with extra virgin coconut oil, irish butter and clarified ghee. Get eggs from small farms, pastured pork, try cooking some organ meats. The cost differential will be about the same, if not less.

But if you have the cash and are going for organic anyway make sure it isn't just USDA Organic (which means jack), check for other organic labels, and research those labels. Just remember that organic corn syrup and organic chocolate brownies will send you an insulin shock just as quickly as their pesticide-ridden counterparts.
