Post Wrist weight advice
I've started training with wrist weights in order to improve arm strength and punching speed. Other than performing katas with them on and punching drills, what other excerises should i try out?

Not sure what exercises might be best, just be careful about when you wear them and what you do with them. Wrist and ankle weights have a bad habit of putting a lot of undue stress on your joints, so you might end up doing more harm than good. Other than training, I would just wear them while you're doing everyday tasks like cleaning, cooking, brushing your teeth, etc.

Rather be forgotten than remembered for giving in.
